Bikesure is a market leader in Bicycle Insurance for thousands of happy cycling enthusiasts, triathletes, and mountain biking customers across Australia.
Our product range includes stand-alone bicycle insurance, home insurance & business insurance lines for bicycle retailers. We require a dedicated Account Executive to work from our Gold Coast office as part of our high performing sales and service team.
Follow-up and conversion of warm leads into on-boarded clients
Actioning and responding to daily phone and email customer communications
Proactively participating in portfolio management activities such as renewals, debtors, and claims
You will play a significant role in delivering the customer service experience which sets Bikesure apart from the competition. Salary & Benefits:

The ideal applicant will:
Have excellent processing & computing skills, time management, and an aptitude for learning
Demonstrate strong attention to detail
Be polite, respectful and have experience providing great customer service
Be methodical and enjoy clear processes/structures within their workday
Have experience with insurance is preferred, but not essential
Have a passion for cycling, mountain biking or triathlon will be held in high regard!
