BMX INTERNATIONAL

BMX international Pty Ltd has been operating for over 40 years and is a thriving wholesale business trading in Bicycles and Bicycle Parts and Accessories. We have a customer base of over 700 bicycle shops throughout Australia.

The role of Administration and Reception Clerk provides a vital first contact point for our customers – answering their querries where possible or directing them to other personnel who can assist further.

The primary responsibility will be to perform reception, general office, financial, clerical and administrative tasks and duties. In addition, this position assists with editing graphics, producing advertising publications and updating our website.

This role reports directly to the Office Manager and works closely with the Administration and Advertising Clerk.

Main Duties are:-

  • Receptionist and Answering the phone

  • Accounts Receivable

  • Desktop Publishing and picture editing

  • Creation of Advertising Material

  • Updating Website

  • Monitoring customer Credit

  • Office Administration tasks

  • Collect mail from the post office

Location and Hours:-

  • Australian Owned Family Business at Virginia QLD

  • Working in the office f our warehouse facilities

  • 40 hours per week (38hours + 2 hours overtime) - Monday to Friday only

  • BMXI has only 10 staff and we work together as a team with a good family feel

  • has the ability and willingness to learn about bicycles, components/parts and accessories

Experience / Qualifications:-

  • Experience with Microsoft products and Adobe Creative Cloud Products would be an advantage but not necessary.

  • QLD Drivers License
