About the Role

We are rapidly expanding and currently looking for a full time Administration Assistant to support our Business-to-Business (B2B) sales. This is an exciting opportunity to be immersed in the sporting industry and utilize your skills in a fun and fast-paced environment.

The position is available full-time, located at our head office in Braeside, Victoria.

The role involves you working closely with the Purchasing and Administration Manager and providing crucial support to the team and our customers. Key accountabilities include:

  • Answering phones and allocating incoming sales enquiries.

  • Entering store orders.

  • Client database management, creating and updating records.

  • Daily banking including client payment reconciliation and follow up calls.

  • Warranty and return administration.

  • Day to day general administration.

  • Achieving set KPIs.

About You

We are seeking someone who is passionate and willing to learn with enthusiasm and a tenacious work ethic. Someone who also brings new ideas to the table and strives to achieve their goals. The successful applicant must possess strong communication skills and experience with PC skills in MS Office. A foundational knowledge of the cycling industry would be desirable, however is not essential.
