The Behaviour Change Project Coordinator leads the development and implementation of the behaviour change program, and project evaluation.

You will run evidence-based projects to deliver the Cycling Strategy and Action Plan 2018-2030 priority of “supporting people to ride”, to ensure the emerging bike network is well used and safely used.

You will manage what is arguably the world’s most comprehensive cycling behaviour change program, with scope to innovate and influence this nascent field. You will similarly apply these skills to increasing walking and supporting the broader objectives of the City’s transport strategy.

You will need qualifications or significant experience in behaviour change, sociology, transport planning or other relevant discipline and passion for sustainable transport and/or behaviour change. You will have great project management, problem solving, communication and negotiation skills and be keen to use your skills to achieve mode shift to improve the liveability of Sydney.
