Bicycle sales and marketing - Melbourne


We are a Specialized and Kona bikes dealer focused on Road, Mountain, Gravel and Electric bikes and equipment. We operate multiple sales channels but remain focused on building real life connections with our customers.

The role:

  • In-store and online bicycle and accessories sales.

  • E-commerce, product creation and upload.

  • Maintaining a steady flow of quality company and product focused content to our social media platforms.

  • Help to maintain our ecommerce store banners and promotional content.

  • Maintain a clean and tidy shop – we sell premium products; the showroom must reflect this at all times.

  • In-store display and presentation of goods and services.

  • Participate in strategy development for advertising and sales events.

Are you the right candidate?

  • Flexibility is everything – sales and marketing is your primary role, but if help is required elsewhere in the business you may need to pitch in.

  • You are part of a team. We work together. We have procedures and processes – they are an integral part of our business success.

  • We are about always progressing and being at the front edge of retail systems – this requires a positive attitude to always learn.

  • Be willing and able to both provide and receive constructive feedback. If you “know everything” this is not the job for you. If “near enough is good enough” this is not the job for you.

  • If you are reliable, passionate about all things bike, have exceptional customer service and are happy and keen to learn and further your skills in bicycle sales, new technology, e-commerce, social media and advertising – then this is the job for you!
