Port Melbourne Cycles is currently recruiting for an experienced Full Time - Bicycle Lead Salesperson to join our skilled and friendly team of bike experts.
Deliver excellent customer service
Answer and respond to phone calls/online enquiries promptly and professionally
Ability to problem solve
Well presented with an understanding of professionalism
Follow and understand store policies and procedures
Maintain, clean, and organise retail spaces, storage, and workshop
Learn and use our Point-of-Sale System
Attend paid shop rides as required
Other tasks as required
Servicing, repairs, and bike builds (when required)
Attend up skill training sessions
Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have.
A passion for the cycling industry
Retail/sales experience is necessary
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
A commitment to working as a team to achieve targets
Organised and able to meet deadlines
An eye for detail, strong communication skills and a positive can-do attitude
Port Melbourne Cycles is open Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). The successful candidate must be available to work Saturdays.

PMC carries a large range of high-quality bikes & accessories. We specialise in custom built road bikes and stock Road, CX & Urban bikes from industry leading brands Scott, Cannondale, BMC, Pinarello and Ridley.
