We provide a wide range of parts and accessories. We also offer a range of services including wheel building, spoke cutting and warranty servicing for brands including SR Suntour, Tektro, TRP and Novatec.

Daily responsibilities include a variety of tasks including...

• Assisting Customer Inquiries

• Problem Solving Customer Issues

• Identifying Wheels for Customers

• Assisting in Management of Brand Servicing

• Assisting in Management of Custom Wheel Builds

• Creating Customer Orders

• Managing Back Orders

• Assisting with Wheel Building when necessary

• Assisting with Servicing when necessary and

• Other Sales and Admin Tasks

Skills

To be successful in the role you will need to have...

• A positive approach and happy demeanor

• A good mechanical understanding of Bicycles

• Clear communication skills

• Basic computer skills and

• A willingness to learn

Experience

Experience and understanding of Bicycles is required however previous office experience is not required.
