Our Sales/Service Technician must be willing to be involved in all roles at Revolutions, with a main focus on bike repair. We are seeking an applicant who is calm, a no stress demeanour and a can-do attitude. The ability to relate to a broad customer base on all issues, showing friendly customer service is a necessity. The ability to work in a fast paced and energy filled environment, with a positive, team focused attitude is also paramount. You will be servicing and building high end performance bikes, road, mountain, city, kid and electric bikes to the highest standard. A minimum of six years previous work experience is desirable.

• Must love bikes

• Fantastic hospitality-a warm approachable manner, great listening skills, and a drive to help in any way you can-even on the toughest, busiest days

• Great communication with customers and team mate

• Customer service with a desire to cultivate customer relationships

• Ability to work to a schedule

• Proficiency in using retail computer software - MYOB RETAIL preferred

• Flexible working arrangements (a rolling 5 day shift from 35 hours.)

• Ability to work unsupervised within the team

• A willingness to grow your skills as a mechanic
