Casual Sales & Hire Assistant

We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused team member to join our busy bike hire and retail operation.

About the Role

• Casual position – approx. 3 days per week

• Core days: Wednesday to Friday and/or every second Saturday

• Occasionally Sundays, especially during school holidays

• Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

• Applicants must be 18+ years due to work hours and equipment requirements

• Must be available during school holidays (our busiest time!)

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly and professional customer care

• Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience required

• Assist with bike hire operations and sales

• Support the team with general shop duties

• Work flexibly as needed – we value teamwork and adaptability

What We Offer

• Retail Industry Award: $33.19 per hour

• + Superannuation

• + Commission on Bike Sales

• Flexible hours can be arranged outside core requirements

• Must hold a valid work visa for Australian employment
