KASK specializes in developing, designing and manufacturing of safety helmets of the highest quality. In every field of application KASK helmets are at the forefront, be it skiing, cycling, mountaineering, horse riding, rescue or safety world.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The key responsibility is to take full accountability for the company's wholesale and B2C sales administration.
Order processing and customers’ administrative tasks (invoicing, credit notes, logistic, inventory management, warranties, samples)
Processing supplier orders and data entry (clients, items, purchase orders, sales orders and inventory)
Coordinate schedule and shipment of goods
Work closely with 3PL partner
Maintain cleaning checklist for showroom/office space
Answering & Directing phone calls
Welcoming and assisting face to face customers
Handling inquiries from customers and directing feedback from customers to relevant departments
Preparing reports to support marketing and sales managers
Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Skills and experience
Good communication skills
Experience in office administration and orders processing
Computer literate (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Time management skills
General Administration experiences such as filing and data entry
