We currently have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Service team within Pirez, our electric bike company.

  • Is able to build and develop genuine relationships with customers

  • Excellent spoken and written communication

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills

  • A willingness to learn and develop product knowledge

  • Excellent Problem solving skills

  • Is accountable/responsible and follows through on tasks

  • Patience to deal with challenging scenarios

  • An interest or understanding of electric bikes, bicycles and battery technology

  • Fast learning skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly

Some Job Requirements include:

  • Closing sales deals

  • Attending to customers visiting our onsite showroom/warehouse

  • Responding to customer enquiries by phone (answering customer calls), and by email and social media.

  • Providing general updates and support to customers on the status of their orders.

  • Completing quotes, sales and work orders

  • Picking products and organising delivery or collection of products when needed

  • Receive goods and sometimes help organise stock in the warehouse

  • Update process documentation and procedures when necessary

Working hours will include Monday to Friday with some Saturday work (weekend rates apply).
