We currently have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Service team within Pirez, our electric bike company.

Fast learning skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
Some Job Requirements include:
Closing sales deals
Attending to customers visiting our onsite showroom/warehouse
Responding to customer enquiries by phone (answering customer calls), and by email and social media.
Providing general updates and support to customers on the status of their orders.
Completing quotes, sales and work orders
Picking products and organising delivery or collection of products when needed
Receive goods and sometimes help organise stock in the warehouse
Update process documentation and procedures when necessary
Working hours will include Monday to Friday with some Saturday work (weekend rates apply).
