Customer service - Albury
Cycle Station Online is a rapidly growing online retailer, supplying bike parts and accessories to customers across Australia and worldwide.
We are looking for a person with the ability to offer exceptional customer service via phone, live chat, and email, as the first point of contact for our valued customers.
This role is focused on customer service, however, as a member of our small and agile team you will also assist with various warehousing and administrative tasks when required.
A passion for bikes is important, as answering questions from customers about bikes and bike parts will be a large part of your day.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to learn new computer systems.
This role is based in our Albury office/warehouse.
