Customer service rep - Melbourne
We are a medium sized company based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. Our company specialise and import its own brand of petrol powered quad/dirt bikes and electric scooters. We also house huge brand named bicycles, bicycle parts and kids outdoor products. We are one of the largest old school BMX bikes & parts supplier in Australia. We have multiple sales channels such as our online stores, Melbourne showroom and (wholesale) toy stores Australia wide.
We are looking for a proficient Customer service representative to join our team. The role will involve but is not limited to; showroom serving, assisting with warranty claims and customer service and support. Hours are 9am-5:30pm weekdays and rotating saturdays.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience and must be able to show previous experience of having worked within a similar environment.

Ability to deal with complaints and address issues effectively as they arise Must have basic computer knowledge; MS Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook & Shopping Cart. NetSuite knowledge is an advantage.
The salary for this role has a base rate + super.
