The Customer Service Officer plays a key role in the success of our business by taking care of customer enquires, sales and stock availability.

As a Customer Service Officer you will:
Manage customer service enquiries for the Bicycle and Motorcycle departments via phone and email.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Be responsible for external and internal sales of parts, clothing and accessories.
Provide stock availability, pricing and product information.
To be successful for the role, you will need to have:
Previous sales or customer service experience and professional and friendly phone manner.
Passion for motorcycles or bicycles is an advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
