We have an opening for a Digital Content Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne. ESSENTIAL ROLE FUNCTIONS: Retail Content Management

  • Be the owner and driver of implementing all key retailer-facing content platforms and systems

  • Be our main global contact for updates/upgrades or changes and communicate these to key stakeholders in the Australian market including retailers and our sales team

  • Be able to extract analysis and trends from content management systems to inform decisions for the Australian team

  • Work closely with our Retail team to identify new systems for implementation and assist with driving adoption, providing technical support and analyse the use of Specialized Apps

  • Work closely with out Digital team to ensure relevant content being up to date simultaneously across rider (specialized.com) and retailer facing platforms (B2B)

  • Work closely with our Sales team on the development and execution of key sales promotions, programs, and offerings where B2B provides the mechanics for execution

  • Develop education material for both retailers and our team for use of our new systems/platforms

Systems

  • Maintain & manage daily content needs for our B2B system in conjunction with our sales and operations team

  • Maintain S-connect 1.0 system and support S-connect 2.0 onboarding as well as growth plans

  • Manage the integrated Third party systems, i.e., Lightspeed, Hubtiger, others

  • Audit our retailer websites for compliance with Specialized standards

  • Promote all Specialized Apps and be responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting – this includes apps such as Ride, Mission Control, Retul passport, Retul at home and Lead Out

  • Lead growth and maintenance of Specialized University website, including uploads of new courses, incentives (Lead Out integration), troubleshooting and communication to our team and retailers

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Social Media or Communications

  • 2+ years of web content management systems and tools experience is essential

  • Basic knowledge of web techniques such as HTML and web publishing

  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement

  • Strong and proven problem-solving skills

  • Acute attention to detail in all aspects of responsibilities.

  • Being able to work with MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)

  • Experience in working with Oracle CX Commerce and/or Oracle EBS would be an advantage
