eCommerce Coordinator - Sydney

We are currently accepting applications for a permanent full-time eCommerce Coordinator to join our Shimano Oceania Holdings division. Reporting to the IT Manager, this standalone role will be the prime point of contact for our Australia, New Zealand, and Global teams.

The primary duties will include but are not limited to;

  • Loading data into the eCommerce platforms, SAP Hybris, GPCM, GDAM, Pronto ERP.

  • Assist customers and sales teams to successfully onboard customers and assist them using the B2B portal - SAP Hybris.

  • Be main point of contact for customers and sales team to assist with any system issues.

  • Working with technology team to fix issues and regression testing, communicate back to customers and sales team on solution fixes.

  • Communicate changes to system design, processes, and update progress rollout with related reporting.

  • Ensure data integrity of master and transaction data in Pronto, SAP and B2B systems.

  • Actively participate in deployment of the Ecommerce Platform with our external partners.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to document existing and to-be processes in sales order entry to define business requirements for sales order automation.

  • Support the solution deployment and be the first point of contact for post go-live issues for customer service team.

To achieve success in this role you will need to be:

  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Experienced using Pronto or other CRM systems.

  • Proven experience using SAP Hybris

  • Prior experience with updating system back ends within a customer portal or e-stores

  • Experience using collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence and

  • Have sound knowledge of business processes and chain of events

This position is an office-based role situated in our Head Office in Caringbah. The appointed candidate will ideally possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be highly organised, detail orientated, and be able to work independently to deliver hands-on results.
