Qualifications & experience
Preferably a bicycle mechanic qualification or experience
Preferably 2 years in a similar role
Knowledge and understanding of electrical components and electronic principles
Tasks & responsibilities
Service, Sales and Repairs of Electric Bikes and Electric Scooters
Fulfilling Online Orders
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and in store over the counter
Managing customer appointments and test rides
