About the Role
Together as part of your team, you will primarily be responding to technical support inquiries via phone and email. This position may also involve carrying out basic repairs to a range equipment in the workshop and at customer locations.
It is essential you are confident with troubleshooting equipment issues which will compliment the training that will be provided.
Liaising with customers to resolve technical support cases through the support ticket system, via email, and via phone calls
Product improvement and development for current and future products
Dispatch and receiving of inventory, returns, and parts
Assisting with unloading, and loading products from customer vehicles when required
Assisting with repairing, troubleshooting, and assembling products
Assisting technicians with all their associated tasks and responsibilities
Key Requirements and Attributes
Physically fit. The ability to manual lift large, heavy items is essential
Strong customer service ethic
Previous experience in similar roles
Strong fault finding knowledge
Strong troubleshoot/problem solving ability
Physically fit with no limitations to move heavy equipment when required
