Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized finance manager to join our e-bike distribution business. The finance manager will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations and ensuring the integrity of the financial records. Annual salary + Bonus Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

  • Manage the company's financial planning and analysis process, including the development of financial models and analysis of key performance indicators

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth

  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute long-term financial plans

  • Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and external partners, including banks and investors

  • Manage the company's financial risk and compliance efforts, including the development and implementation of internal controls and procedures

  • Lead the company's financial audit process, including the preparation of financial statements and supporting documentation

  • Mentor and develop team members within the finance department

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in a financial management role, preferably within the e-bike industry

  • *** Mandarin Speaking highly regarded ***

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks and Excel

  • CPA or MBA preferred, but not required
