We have an opening for a HR Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne. This role will partner with the People & Culture Manager to provide end to end HR for our Australian team for both our wholesale and owned retail teams. ESSENTIAL ROLE FUNCTIONS:
Partner with the P&C Manager in developing people strategies for the local market that are aligned with the Global & Regional HR strategy to scale our high performance culture
Support managers in key HR activities such as recruitment, development, performance management, reward and benefits, and employee relations
Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures and practices
Support annual HR initiatives including talent management, performance reviews and learning and development
Develop Employee Contracts, Position Descriptions and ensure our data is accurate in our HRIS System (Workday)
Support to deliver robust onboarding and offboarding programs
Design and drive programs supporting engagement, growth and retention of our teammates
Assist with our fortnightly payroll
Ensure we are compliant with all national employment legislation and practices
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor degree in Human Recourses, Business or related field
Minimum of 2 years work experience in a HR team and within retail an advantage
Experience with Workday & Greenhouse an advantage. Must have the ability to quickly learn new tools and technology
Payroll experience an advantage
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
Detailed knowledge of employment related laws and regulations
