  • Coordinating the Employee Benefit Share Program

  • Monitoring industry information and updates to ensure compliance

  • Providing assistance with recruitment, onboarding and training development activities and processes

  • Supporting the automation of processes between the HR and Finance teams

  • Enhancing and contributing to organisation culture in a remote and geographically dispersed workforce

What You’ll Have

To be eligible for this role we require full and permanent working rights in Australia. Our ideal team member will also have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (essential)

  • AHRI accreditation (preferred)

  • 3 or more years of experience in Human Resources

  • Experience supporting overseas entities (US in particular) or a rapidly growing business (an advantage)

What you’ll get

  • The opportunity to help shape the HR agenda and culture of a surging business

  • Generous discounts on bike products and accessories

  • The opportunity for career progression with a fast growing international company

  • Good toast, ordinary coffee and a dog friendly office

  • An element of flexibility, although an office presence is definitely required

How to apply?

If this sounds like you, there’s no better time to join a team already full of awesome humans. Please send your resume and cover letter to jobs@bikesonline.com [link removed] by 31 July 2021.

We appreciate how much effort is required to properly apply for a role. We commit to responding to all applicants with relevant skills and experience, but unfortunately will not be responding to candidates who do not meet the following criteria:
