Bicycles Online are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. While we have over 80 staff located in 8 countries, this role is based in Frenchs Forest in Sydney. We offer flexibility, but this is not a remote opportunity.
What Will You Do?
The Human Resources Coordinator will be a key contact for both employees and leaders, providing support and advice across the employee lifecycle. We are calling out for a generalist and as we grow rapidly, recruitment skills are key. The ability to build strong relationships, positively influence culture and automate processes are also important. The role reports to the Human Resources Director and responsibilities include:
Supporting the interpretation and adherence to appropriate industrial agreements.
Providing advice, coaching, feedback and support to facilitate effective performance and development needs and conversations.
Contributing to the establishment and implementation of an electronic HR Information System
Assisting the HR Director to identify, establish, improve and maintain HR policies and processes
Implementing and continuously improving the WHS system
Coordinating the Employee Benefit Share Program
Monitoring industry information and updates to ensure compliance
Providing assistance with recruitment, onboarding and training development activities and processes
Supporting the automation of processes between the HR and Finance teams
Enhancing and contributing to organisation culture in a remote and geographically dispersed workforce
What You’ll Have
To be eligible for this role we require full and permanent working rights in Australia. Our ideal team member will also have:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (essential)
AHRI accreditation (preferred)
3 or more years of experience in Human Resources
Experience supporting overseas entities (US in particular) or a rapidly growing business (an advantage)
