Advance Traders Australia has an exciting opportunity for a motivated IT - Project and Support Officer based at the head office in Bowen Hills, Brisbane.

The role will be leading and assisting with various ongoing IT projects. Also supporting a range of technologies across various platforms. The successful candidate will work primarily on managing, maintaining, and upgrading internal IT system. Other IT projects and related activities will also be required, as well as working closely with other areas of the business.

Your primary responsibilities:

  • A point of contact, to provide IT support to our customers via telephone, online chat, remote desktop or in person in.

  • Assist in backend management of ATA operated websites

  • Key asset in ongoing and new projects

  • Working side by side with other areas of ATA to help to plan, scope and implement new projects

  • IT asset management

  • Perform periodic risk assessments

  • Setting up accounts for new users

  • Testing new technology

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 2 Years’ experience working in a similar role

  • Experience in leading Projects

  • Pronto experience would be advantageous

  • Excellent Trouble shooting skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask as required

  • High level of Initiative and passion for IT

  • Experience with O365 and google suite
