Advance Traders Australia has an exciting opportunity for a motivated IT Systems and Network Administrator based at the head office in Bowen Hills, Brisbane. The role will be working with and supporting a range of technologies across various platforms. The successful candidate will work primarily on managing, maintaining, and upgrading both internal IT system and E-commerce websites. Other IT projects and related activities will also be required, as well as working closely with other areas of the business.   • Monitoring and Maintaining B2B, engaging with ERP reps (Pronto)when necessary

  • Monitoring and maintaining Customer facing websites

  • Working side by side with other areas of ATA to help to plan, scope and implement new projects

  • installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

  • Perform periodic risk assessments

  • Setting up accounts for new users

  • Testing new technology

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 2 Years’ experience working in a similar role

  • Windows server system administration

  • Pronto experience would be advantageous

  • Excellent Trouble shooting skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask as required

  • High level of Initiative and passion for IT

  • Experience with O365 and google suite
