About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant with graphic design flair who has excellent communication skills and a creative eye with social media enthusiasm to join their small, dynamic and fast-paced team in Milton, Brisbane.
You will have a strong understanding of brand communication, be a team player who shows initiative and a passion for success.
The role will involve a wide range of marketing activities related to our diverse suite of products and services including e-mail marketing, website maintenance, PR, advertising, graphic design, social media, google adwords, events, sponsorship, collateral and merchandise development, database management, general sales support and marketing administration.
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite, website CMS's, and EDM programs such as Vision 6.
Ability to generate creative content and understand/maintain social media platforms.
Proven experience with Google adwords and paid social media advertising – measure and optimise performance
Proficiency to manage websites, which includes regular content updates.
Design, create and edit advertisements, templates, flyers and other collateral material adhering to brand identity
Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to efficiency
Excellent copywriting skills for a range of different advertising mediums
Outstanding organisation skills with an ability to multi-task
Can work autonomously or within a team and take creative direction
Strong interpersonal communication and time management skills
Recent achievements and proven strengths.
An interest in cycling and a strong desire to succeed will be looked upon favourably.
