Ridesports, based in Aspley, QLD provides on-site e-bike servicing to our Dominos stores and covers a large geographical area of our SEQ region.

About the position
We’re seeking an enthusiastic e-bike mechanic, who is looking to take on adventure supporting an ever-expanding fleet of electric bikes, whilst delivering on our number one goal, delivering fresh hot pizza’s.
Reporting directly to the National Service Manager, you will be operating out of a well-equipped modern service van & will be covering a large geographical area of our SEQ region where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
You will be required to check into our warehouse on Monday mornings and as required, for stock take and re-stocking of the service van.
Bike repairs, servicing and problem solving
Assembling bikes ready for stores
Maintaining a safe and tidy work vehicle
Ordering parts from suppliers
Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures
Assisting with customer enquiries on issues
Required Skills and Competencies
Open Car Licence
Certificate III in Bicycle Mechanics
Minimum 3 years' experience in a bicycle store / sales and mechanics.
Good understanding of E-bike servicing
Fleet management
Good understanding of electronic drive train systems
An outgoing, collaborative working style that promotes teamwork, facilitates strong cross-functional relationships and outcomes
Tech savvy
Can do attitude
Demonstrate consistent and high standards of work performance
Organised, methodical and able to effectively manage priorities
