PROGRAM OFFICER- INNER MELBOURNE CYCLING PROGRAM
Annual Salary: VPS4 - $87,640 - $99,438 + super
Tenure: Fixed Term (12 Months)

About the Team To deliver transport services across all modes that provides a single user interface to the transport network. About the Opportunity We're looking for energetic and motivated people who enjoy working in a productive and fast-paced team environment to implement this exciting and innovative program of work. With work streams established across communications and stakeholder engagement, technical design, construction and contract management and monitoring and evaluation, the Program Officer will bring a collaborative and analytical approach to supporting the investment program roll-out. This role will provide generalist program support to the team with a focused responsibility on the monitoring and adjustment phase of the investment program lifecycle. Your passion for cycling will bring a user-focused perspective to all tasks to ensure successful delivery of safer cycling for the Victorian community. About You As our ideal candidate you will have the following:
Well-developed administration and project support skills, including meeting coordination, organisation of program reporting and governance tasks
A strong passion for improving the cycling network, and demonstrated engagement and awareness of new approaches to infrastructure, construction and industry practices
Proven interpersonal and negotiation skills, including the ability to effectively manage complex relationships and difficult negotiations to achieve programme objectives and outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience in working with State and Local government stakeholders in delivering infrastructure on state and local roads.
Excellent organisational skills including the ability to determine priorities and meet deadlines and effectively balance competing demands
Highly developed analytical skills to assist with technical work streams, monitoring and evaluation approaches
Strong written and verbal communication skills to assist program team with work stream tasks across communications, engagement, design review, monitoring and evaluation
Work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver data and analysis as required by the project
