About the Role:

99 Bikes is looking for a Property Project Manager with proven academic, sporting or professional achievements, who is excited about the opportunity to develop a career and business skills tailored towards fitout design and project management.

  • Effective project management skills

  • including planning, resource management and ability to prioritise and manage multiple competing tasks and projects within specific timeframes

  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

  • including the ability to work collaboratively with both colleagues and external stakeholders

  • Self-motivated

  • and the ability to deliver projects with limited guidance

  • Excellent computing skills with:

  • Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs etc)

  • Design software (e.g. SketchUp)

  • Project Management software (e.g. Sheets)

  • Experience in recording, coordinating and reporting costs

  • Brisbane based and willing to travel interstate regularly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Design Process (New & Existing)

  • Apply the Fitout Protocol & Process to deliver high quality, aesthetically pleasing and practical outcomes inline with cost reduction strategy

  • Scope site (accurately measure site, take photos, assess issues/opportunities)

  • Produce floor plan (input measurements into SketchUp and design floor plan)

  • Liaise with town planner to collate plans & documents for Development Application

  • Store Fitout (New & Existing)

  • Create itemised fitout scope

  • Request, negotiate and coordinate contractor quotes

  • Order fitout items and program work

  • Communicate with 99 Bikes support team on all aspects of the new store opening (marketing, product, banking, staffing, IT)

  • Hands-on Project Management of fitout process remotely and onsite

  • Coordinate all connections

  • Reconcile fitout costs with accounts

  • Education of store Team Leader

  • Space Maximisers

  • Further develop content for store space maximiser sessions and revise based on feedback

  • Deliver sessions to provide advice to stores on optimising space with the goal of enhancing the functionality of each store

  • Follow up and provide support and advice after session

  • Other tasks & projects

  • working with the team

  • communicating any concerns

  • owning projects across the whole group of stores for constant improvements
