What you’ll be doing:

  • As a member of a 4-person Australia/New Zealand marketing team, your responsibility is to manage the marketing requirements across our retail network of 20 directly owned stores and approximately 200 independent stores. This includes regular national campaigns, and individual dealer requests.

  • Work with multiple stakeholders across the business to understand marketing requirements and requests, to consolidate into a cohesive action plan, and subsequently implement.

  • Work with APAC Marketing Specialist to develop, brief in, execute, and report on regular retail marketing campaigns from end-to-end, in conjunction with broader marketing and sales teams.

  • Manage communications received from public via digital channels and respond accordingly, including social media channels and eBike test ride requests.

  • Support dealers to maintain accuracy of their own websites, including contact details and opening hours.

  • Collaborate with designers, digital specialists, and visual merchandisers, to ensure our retail marketing meets global standards.

  • Provide graphics design support to the marketing and retail teams.

  • Integrate with brand marketing to ensure our DOTS stores are the physical expression of our brand.

  • Build rapport with each DOTS store manager to understand their needs and communicate marketing plans, and spend a day working in a store every couple months to ensure you stay connected to what’s happening on the ground.

  • Support initiatives of the broader marketing team, including attending events as required.

  • Primary point of contact with Torpedo 7 and Evolution Cycles marketing teams, to respond to their marketing needs as required.
