About the Role:

The Sales Administrator is a newly created role, responsible for providing administrative support to the wider B2B sales team & our customers. The role will have a focus on ensuring our systems and processes are maintained to assist with our growing distribution, retail and commercial customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing of B2B sales orders, and assistance with relevant customer communications

  • Management of our B2B onboarding process, including setting up new customers on internal systems

  • Administration of our Online B2B Portal, ensuring the platform is running smoothly for our customers

  • Processing of B2B customer warranty claims, rebates and affiliate commissions

  • Assist with management of B2B price lists & other sales documentation

  • Assist with filing claims via our marketplace monitoring platform

  • Ad hoc administrative assistance & reporting as required

About You:

We are looking for individuals who have:

  • A love of administration and process

  • Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets proficiency

  • Eager to learn new skills and not afraid to get involved

  • Attention to detail

  • A natural team player and the ability to work collaboratively

  • Solid internal and customer facing communication skills

Full-time and part-time working arrangements are welcomed for this role
