Sales and customer support - Melbourne
We are a medium sized company based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. Our company specialises in and imports its own brand of petrol powered quad/dirt bikes and electric scooters. We also have a huge range of bicycles, bicycle parts and kids outdoor products which we source locally within Australia. We have multiple sales channels such as our online stores, Melbourne showroom and (wholesale) toy stores Australia wide.
We are looking for a proficient retail sales representative to join our team. The role will involve but is not limited to; retail showroom sales, assisting with warranty claims and customer service and support.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years retail sales experience and must be able to show previous experience of having worked within a similar retail environment. They must also have experience in dealing with customer/wholesale orders, customer enquiries and other matters that may arise. General interest and knowledge of our product range and technical experience is a strong advantage.

Must have basic computer knowledge; MS Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook & Shopping Cart. NetSuite knowledge is an advantage.
The salary for this role has a base rate + super with possible negotiation or commission opportunities for the right person. You must be able to achieve monthly KPIs to be considered for this. There are also additional Saturday hours to take on if you wish.
