We are seeking a professional, positive and engaging Sales Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne to support our Sales Team and Australian Retailers.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Sales Support

  • Support our Field team and retailers across Australia with information provision on product & tech, placing orders and any other requests as needed

  • Work closely with team mates to solve retailer-related problems on a daily basis

  • Prepare, together with the Sales Operations & Strategic Projects Manager and Field Market Team Lead, various sales initiatives to support the pricing strategies and sales programs

  • Support our retailers on stock availability

Reporting, Systems & Sales Operations

  • Responsible for recurring reporting and data analysis dashboards – internal & retailer facing

  • Provide data, analysis and reporting to support the Sales Operations & Strategic Projects Manager and Field Market Team Lead as required using both Oracle and Tableau

  • Establish and follow processes for staff orders, store staff purchases & employee purchases and be main point of contact within Sales team for marketing team members for those requests

Retailer Relationships

  • Build strong relationship with all retailers and be available for any retailer requests

  • Ensure product education and knowledge is strong to be able to advise retail staff

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 1-2 years of working in Sales Operations field, speciality sport industry an advantage

  • Degree in Business, Finance or related field

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Familiar with Oracle, Tableau and Salesforce an advantage

  • Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills

  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a willingness to learn on the go

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills by all mediums, including written and phone

  • Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times

  • Ability to complete tasks accurately in a timely manner

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high volume environment

  • Ability to work to multiple deadlines and prioritise accordingly

  • Ability to identify issues and alternatives, and recommend possible solutions

  • A passion to learn about and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Specialized products
