Knog is a 20-year-old, proudly Australian based business. Our home is in Melbourne, but we've taken flight all over the world.

Knog makes innovative products that inspire people to explore the great outdoors on foot or two wheels. Knog knows that active means different things to different people. For some, cycling means riding to the pub with their mates, to others, it's cycling across a country or a continent, barely stopping to recharge for weeks on end. Likewise, for some the "great outdoors" is a weekend living in a tent at a music festival. To others, it's nothing less than a two-week solo trek through the Amazon.

About the role

This is a very diverse role, if you are looking for a static desk job, then this is not the role for you! Days tend to fly by at Knog due to the variety of tasks and the dynamic environment which we have built. A ‘go-getter’ who enjoys interacting with a wide range of people will excel. You will be working closely with and providing support to Knog’s Sales Director, Operations Manager and International Sales Manager, as well as daily interactions with the wider team.

Attention to detail, organisation and ability to prioritise is key as you will be across various tasks and projects.

Being an integral part of the Sales Team, a passion for sales is something we’re looking for. You in turn will be exposed to all the workings of a modern brand and provided the skills to progress your career in this field.

Finally, it's worth considering whether you are interested in cycling or getting into the great outdoors? Whilst this interest certainly isn't mandatory, if you do enjoy these activities then it's likely that you will enjoy working at Knog, because it is a big part of who we are.

  • Account Management Support for distribution partners & retailers

  • Order processing

  • Warehouse inventory management

  • Warranty Support

  • Product & sales data management

  • SKU & Pricing management

  • B2B platform support

  • Lead creation

  • Administration duties and support

Key skills & experience:

  • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office suite

  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics advantageous but not essential

  • Ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and meet deadlines

  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Understanding of distribution model as well as ecommerce platforms

  • Sales experience advantageous but not essential
