Melbourne’s first-class bicycle store is getting ready to open to cycling enthusiasts in a new showroom located in Camberwell. Stunning store design including service, café, Retul fitting room and dedicated bike building area to choose a frame and components to build your own dream cycling experience.
Our concept store is home to great names like Specialized, S-Works, Bianchi, Cipollini and many other refined suppliers on the list. The store will be focussed on high end road bikes, Mountain Bikes as well as EBikes. We are totally focussed on premium bikes and products, with the professional team and culture, we are going to provide our customers an experience beyond anyone’s expectations.
We are looking for a full-time technical/service manager that is fully experienced in road, mountain, and e-bikes. Must have positive attributes for delivering exceptional customer experience. Strong business acumen and sales experience with face to face in store communications skills. Your skills will also be required to support the sales team to assist customer queries.
The applicant is required to be well organised with corporate level paperwork reporting capabilities, strong product knowledge and ability to communicate with customers at professional level.
The applicant must have at least five year’s experience working on high performance bikes and e-bikes to lead and train the assistant technician to all aspects of servicing and new bike building skills.
The Service manager must lead day to day business activities and have a strong understanding in business to aim for a profitable service department. Concise, honest, and friendly communications with customers to ensure a relationship is formed.
