About the Role:
The Sponsorship Manager is a newly created role, responsible for driving and delivering against Quad Lock’s overall global sponsorship strategy.
Build strong relationships with ambassadors and partners that align with the Quad Lock Brand
Contribute to identifying ambassadors and partners to support Quad Lock’s brand
End to end management of Quad Lock’s Brand Ambassadors…current ambassadors include 4 time Tour De France winner Chris Froome and Apple TV’s Long Way Up star Charley Boorman plus many more!!!
End to end management of Quad Lock’s Partnerships and Events worldwide
Lead the negotiations across all sponsorship deals and ensure they are commercially driven
Manage the ongoing relationship of Quad Lock’s ambassadors and partners
Management of Quad Lock’s sponsorship budget
Monthly and annual reporting to evaluate value of ambassador campaigns and partnerships
Reporting and activity reports to demonstrate the viability of current ambassadors and partnerships
You will bring with you previous experience within a similar role as well as:
Proven experience in the management of brand ambassadors and company partnerships
Experience in measuring ROI
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to build and manage both internal and external relationships
An eye for capitalising on brand opportunities as they arise
Your love for data and an analytical way of thinking
Impeccable organisational and time management skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Ability to thrive in a face paced results driven environment
Have the ability to travel nationally and internationally
