About the Role

Together as part of your team, you will respond to support inquiries via phone and email, and process parts receipts and dispatch.

It is essential you are confident with troubleshooting and problem solving. Past experience in a problem solving or troublshooting role from any industry is preferred as it will compliment the training that we will provided.

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with customers to resolve support cases

  • Dispatch and receiving of inventory, returns, and parts

  • Assisting with unloading, and loading products from customer vehicles when required

  • Assisting technicians with all their associated tasks and responsibilities

Key Requirements and Attributes

  • Physically fit. The ability to manual lift large, heavy items is essential

  • Strong customer service ethic

  • Previous experience in similar roles involving problem solving

  • Strong fault finding knowledge

  • Strong troubleshoot/problem solving ability

Hours

  • 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
