We’ve got a ‘wheely’ good job available at Ridesports for someone to take on the role of Team Leader and provide support and leadership within our small but mighty team.

As a subsidiary of Domino’s, we provide e-bikes to Domino’s stores for the transportation of piping hot pizza.

This role will be based at our 3000 sq2 warehouse at Aspley, QLD.

The successful candidate will be focused on:

• Managing two mobile bicycle mechanics to ensure schedules are met

• Providing coverage for the mobile mechanics where required

• Providing technical support to team member

• Managing customer service within the office, including responding to phone and email queries

• Managing customer orders and accounts

• Working on and assembling bikes

• Travelling to different sites (where required)

• Meeting customers tight time frames

• Processing system sales orders

• Co-coordinating orders, freight, and distribution of items

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is great at customer service and building/maintaining relationships

• Is organised and capable of working independently to ensure timelines are met

• Lives and breathes all things bikes (preferably a qualified bike mechanic!)
