BikeBox is an importer and wholesale distributor to the cycling industry in Australia. Due to growth, we have a fulltime position available in our warehouse (Moorabbin, Victoria) for a candidate to join our motivated team.
Duties include:
Ensuring timely processing and dispatch of sales orders (involves efficiently picking and packing orders, processing of orders, use of Bikebox’s computer systems)
Collaborate in a team environment to ensure efficient operational processes.
Organise and maintenance of inventory, including assisting with the unloading of incoming stock ensuring accurate stock levels.
Warranty support.
Have a good understanding regarding health and safety in a warehouse environment, including maintaining an organised and safe workspace
Actively and enthusiastically engage with BikeBox customers via phone, email, and online platforms with the view to understanding their needs and being able to suggest products and services to suit their requirements to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Occasional after hours/weekend work to provide assistance at events and trade shows
Requirements:-
Experience within the bicycle industry
Good knowledge of Microsoft office
Drivers License
Australian Resident
