NSW E-bike Regulations 

The NSW Office of Fair Trading identified e-bikes and e-bike batteries as declared items on the 1st of August 2024. 

The BIA hosted a webinar with the Office of Fair Trading on the 7th of February 2025 to outline the changes to ebike regulations
