If you are a bicycle mechanic or mechanically minded, would like to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and willing to work in customer service, administration and despatch then joining our established growing business is a step in the right direction.

This position will suit a highly organised and reliable person, who thrives working in a fast paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail and works well both independently and ability to contribute to an already fantastic team culture

Daily responsibilities include...

  • Assisting Customer Inquiries Regarding...

    • Accounts

    • Bicycles

    • BPW Products

  • Learning BPW Product Lines

  • General Admin Duties

  • Invoicing and Connoting

  • Track and Tracing Orders

  • Data Entry and

  • Other General Tasks


Skills

To be successful in this role you will need to have...

  • Good knowledge on Bicycle Parts & Accessories or mechanically minded

  • A positive approach and happy demeanour

  • Clear communication skills

  • Good computer skills

  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow

  • Excellent time management skills and

  • Ability to manage and multi task to meet deadlines


Experience

A good knowledge of Bicycles Parts and Accessories is essential.

Admin skills are not essential but could be advantageous.
