Giant Bunbury – Giants newest concept store in the South are seeking a motivated and experienced Bicycle Mechanic who is just as passionate about bikes as we are. Key responsibilities
Servicing bikes to an exceptionally high standard
Carry out repairs across various models of bikes
New bike builds - from basic to high end performance bikes
Knowledge & experience in electric shifting – Di2 & ASX
Proficient with hydraulic disc brakes, incl brake bleeds
Maintain a clean, tidy and well organised workshop
Diagnose and confidently work on the full range of Giant E-Bikes
Retail sales for bikes, parts and accessories
Work autonomously, and productively in the workshop
Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers
About you
Minimum 2yrs mechanical experience in the Bicycle Industry
Ability to identify and complete repairs efficiently
Perform multi-level services thoroughly and to a high standard
Up to date knowledge on the functions and operations of E-Bikes
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Highly organised and show a high attention to detail
Can do attitude and a desire for continuous learning and self-improvement
POS and general computer skills
