Bike mechanic - Sunshine Coast
Bicycle mechanic wanted for our busy bike shop on the Sunshine Coast.
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic team member to join our professional and hard working team.
Giant Sunshine Coast is based in beautiful Mooloolaba, 2 minutes from the beach and has been providing exceptional customer service to the Sunshine Coast for over 15 years. The Sunshine Coast has stunning scenery, great road riding and fantastic MTB tracks on it's doorstep.
Are you:
Passionate about cycling?
Well presented, with excellent organisation and communication skills?
Great with people, with proven experience working as an integral part of a team?
Confident and self-motivated, with initiative & common sense?
Do you:
Have at least 2 year's bike industry mechanical experience?
Possess excellent bike mechanical ability with attention to detail?
Have solid bike product and technical knowledge including E-bikes and Di2?
This role will include:
Servicing, repairing and building all types of bikes in a careful and efficient manner.
Performing trouble shooting utilising manufacturer software.
Assisting customers with products and service enquiries.
Answering and dealing with phone & email enquiries.
Assisting with maintaining the store/workshop appearance.
Liaising with the store management team to support junior staff and lead by example.
