What you'll be doing

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalised product recommendations and solutions

• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our extensive range of bicycles and accessories

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge through ongoing training and research

• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by supporting your colleagues

What we're looking for

• A passion for the cycling industry and a desire to share your enthusiasm with customers

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and engaging manner

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing a high level of service

• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is desirable, but not essential

• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to be eligible for employment

This position requires availability to work Monday through Saturday as needed.
