We’re looking for a Senior Sales professional to lead our flagship retail store, Giant Lygon St.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and lead a newly renovated store with a contemporary look and feel linking to a 30 year heritage with deep community roots.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing all aspects of the sales process in a systematic manner, with the objective of converting sales and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Processing over the counter/phone sale transactions.
Managing inbound leads generated through our physical store network and e-commerce platforms, in order to convert into sales.
Provide honest and accurate information about our products and services.
Navigating customer queries/complaints and working to offer solutions.
Manage merchandising and store displays.
Provide support and mentoring to the sales team.
Follow company policy and procedure re: paperwork, use of CRM and inventory system.
About you:
You will have a minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a sales position.
Proven sales record with experience working toward KPI's is essential.
Strong business acumen and a passion to drive a business.
You’re all about delivering great customer experiences.
You have strong knowledge of bicycles and are passionate about the industry.
You have a positive attitude, are reliable and thrive in a high paced environment centered around well-being
Confident working with the IT systems that support the operation of our stores behind the scenes.
Have a willingness to learn, display leadership and work as part of a team.
Highly organised, strong time management skills and proactive.
You’re a clear communicator, dedicated, driven, and motivated.
