We are a community focussed bike shop looking for reliable sales consultants to help deliver great customer service.
Help our customers find the right products and to have the best cycling experience. Applicants will need knowledge of bikes and a genuine interest in cycling who are curious to learn more.
Responsibilities:
Sales: Customer meet and greet, consulting to find people the best bike for their needs.
Online and phone sales continue to grow, so computer competence and articulate communication skills are essential.
Store standards: Re-stocking, cleaning and merchandising to keep things looking on-point.
Requirements:
Basic bike knowledge is essential and mechanical skills would be an advantage but not a dealbreaker.
Previous bike shop/retail experience is a bonus.
Weekend availability is a must. That's our busiest time and where you'll have the most fun helping people.
Outgoing and self motivated individual who is happy to help pitch in where required. A love of cycling is a given, someone who wants to help get more people riding!
Has to be a team player whilst also being able to work individually when required.
Good sense of humour and ability to adapt to an audience.
