Customer service manager - Melbourne
From humble beginnings, Commuter Cycles has grown to be widely regarded as Australia’s premiere destination store for Adventure, Touring and Commuting. Our current front of house manager is headed for a tree change in the Victorian High Country in late spring and as such we have a rare opportunity for a customer service professional to join the team and fill these rather large boots.
If you live and breathe adventure by bike then you're halfway there. Ideally with a store management background in the bicycle or outdoor industry, you'll bring a passion for being outdoors on your bike and for helping others experience everything that exploring by bike has to offer.

Motivate, educate and collaborate with our awesome, diverse front of house team to continue to build on Commuter's reputation for high level, inclusive customer service.
Take full control of the Commuter online communication, through structured social media and our website, communicating with a large and varied audience in a way that matches our in-store feel. Experience in social media and web analytics will be highly regarded.
