Join Norco Bicycles at an exciting time in our 60-year journey as we continue the first year of our direct-to-Australia operation. We’re on the hunt for a Finance Support Clerk who’s not just detail-oriented, but genuinely stoked about bikes, the Norco brand, and the chance to jump in, figure things out, and help build something from the ground up.
This role is all about variety and impact. You’ll work closely with our Australian accounting partners and HQ Finance team to keep day-to-day finance operations running smoothly. You'll be doing a bit of everything, from supporting month-end and reporting, keeping records tight and compliance on point, or even jumping on the Customer Service line as needed. You’ll also play a key role in dealer credit management, helping us grow responsibly while building strong relationships across our retailer network.
We’re less focused on a perfect resume and more interested in mindset. If you’re hardworking, curious, adaptable, and excited to take on new challenges as they come, you’ll fit right in.
If the idea of combining your love of bikes with a hands-on role in a fast-moving, evolving environment sounds like your kind of ride, we’d love to hear from you.
