About the Role:
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is responsible for the development and implementation of all company communications, timely delivery of campaigns, marketing collateral, and projects through various electronic and traditional channels. This role is also responsible to assist in the development and coordination of all marketing strategies, ensuring internal and external communications have consistent messaging that is aligned to all FE Sports brands and organisational values.
Role responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Own and coordinate all campaigns and schedules across digital media, social media, online and EDM platforms for internal and external communications with a focus on engagement and growth.
Own and coordinate the implementation and management of national and local Ambassador and Team Program strategies.
Generate a range of creative visual marketing assets including but not limited to print and digital ads, EDMs, website content, catalogues, video edits, signage, point of purchase, and point of sale material.
Generate effective writing materials for events and marketing including advertising, promotional material, and program copy.
Assist with monitoring, researching, reporting, and analysing the performance of all Marketing/Brand activities as per brand calendars.
Assist in the delivery of product, organisation, and analysis of PR campaigns with major and minor media partners
Assist in the planning and delivery of all major and grassroots activities and events across Australia and New Zealand.
Maximise every marketing opportunity by assessing resources available to you across all platforms.
Act autonomously within guidelines and standards set.
Manage and coordinate workload, prioritise tasks, and plan workflow according to requirements, which will vary from time to time.

A working knowledge and technical ability to produce content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google+, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
Strong writing skills with a demonstrated ability to create high-quality and creative communications.
Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to build rapport and strong relationships, both internally with employees and externally with service providers.
Presents focused attention to detail, quality, and order, in problem-solving and quality of outputs.
The ability to think outside the box and never settle for “good enough”.
The ability to pull from skills and resources, and contribute to and maximise all marketing initiatives.

Tertiary Qualification in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Business), is highly desirable, but not necessary, depending on work experience.
A clear understanding of B2B and B2C strategies.
A passion or understanding of the sports industry with a focus on cycling, MTB, triathlon, running, and similar sports.
