About the role:

We are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to help a small team. We are after a passionate team member willing to contribute to the business, grow and offer honest feedback to help shape our business. As we are a small team and looking for someone that can be flexible and has the willingness to learn.

This is a fulltime role which will be Tuesday to Saturday work.

Qualifications & experience

  • Strong sales skill

  • Management experience

  • Strong people skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Excellent customer service experience

  • Sales experience and strong communication skills.

  • Dedicated and motivated work ethic

  • Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.

  • Can-do attitude & Strong Teamwork skills

  • A desire to help people.

  • Ability to ride a bike competently and a genuine interest in cycling

  • Ability to perform physical duties including moving and storing stock, assisting with test rides and occasional simple mechanical tasks (as taught)

  • Motorbike license – would be a bonus

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the shop

  • Manage store work floor and stock levels

  • Answer and respond to phone calls and emails and solve any issues that may arise.

  • Operate the Point of sale system

  • Assist in general store duties.

  • Prepared to learn how electric bikes work.

  • Help set up and pack up the store.
