About the role:
We are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to help a small team. We are after a passionate team member willing to contribute to the business, grow and offer honest feedback to help shape our business. As we are a small team and looking for someone that can be flexible and has the willingness to learn.
This is a fulltime role which will be Tuesday to Saturday work.
Qualifications & experience
Strong sales skill
Strong people skills
Strong communication skills
Excellent customer service experience
Sales experience and strong communication skills.
Dedicated and motivated work ethic
Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
Can-do attitude & Strong Teamwork skills
A desire to help people.
Ability to ride a bike competently and a genuine interest in cycling
Ability to perform physical duties including moving and storing stock, assisting with test rides and occasional simple mechanical tasks (as taught)
Motorbike license – would be a bonus
Tasks & responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day running of the shop
Manage store work floor and stock levels
Answer and respond to phone calls and emails and solve any issues that may arise.
Operate the Point of sale system
Assist in general store duties.
Prepared to learn how electric bikes work.
Help set up and pack up the store.
