We are looking for a passionate and diligent Accounts Officer to join our small team on a permanent full-time basis!
Reporting to the MD, your roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Overseeing and handling accounts payable process from receiving invoices in the inbox, managing supplier queries and making payments
Accounts Receivable – receipting and allocation of payments. (A lot of payments are made upfront)
Banking and credit card reconciliations
Invoicing customers as required, answering any queries from franchising partners
Entering financial data into the SAP Business One System
B2C and B2B order management to ensure efficiency and smooth flow of customer sales process
Customer and supplier relations
Assist with the month end process in preparing various financial reports.
Stock/warehouse inventory management
The ideal candidate for us:
Tertiary studies in accounting/bookkeeping (Bachelor Degree, Diploma) or relevant business experience in Finance
High proficiency with Microsoft Office
Proficiency with SAP Business One
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Cooperative and team player; we have a small team and like to keep the office environment friendly and welcoming
