BMX International Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and multi-skilled Administration, Reception & Graphic Design Clerk to join our team. This role is a vital first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly and professional service while supporting a wide range of administrative, clerical, financial, and graphic design functions.
You will be working for an Australian-owned bicycle wholesaler that has been in operation for over 47 years. We supply bicycles, parts, and accessories to more than 650 bicycle retailers across Australia and New Zealand, and are based in Virginia, QLD.
As part of our small, enthusiastic team, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive, family-owned business where your creativity, initiative, and attention to detail are genuinely valued.
You will report directly to the Office Manager and work closely with the Administration Assistant and our Website Administrator.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Reception & Customer Service
Greet visitors entering the building
Answer and direct incoming calls and provide first-level customer support
Handle debtor account queries and general enquiries
Administration & Office Support
General office and clerical duties
Process, forward and manage incoming and outgoing emails
Monitor incoming and outstanding sales orders
Prepare and send welcome information to new customers
Maintain filing and archiving systems for hard-copy and electronic records
Prepare, fold and collate mailouts
Order stationery and maintain office supplies
Help manage customer access to the company website
Prepare mail merges for letters and emails with hyperlinks and graphics
Accounting & Data Entry
Use accounting software to record and review customer/debtor transactions
Enter debtor invoices, credit notes and cashbook receipts
Maintain accurate customer data records in various software databases
Monitor outstanding payments and customer debt
Prepare notices for collection of bad debt
Process applications for credit
Graphic Design & Marketing Support
Edit graphics
Produce advertising, promotional, social media and website content
Create media using various tools including audio, video, hyperlinks etc
Design and prepare mailouts, flyers, order forms, price lists and other marketing materials
Ensure supplier brand consistency and assist with marketing strategy development
Update the company website and work with the Website Administrator to keep stock information and other data current
Requirements
Applicants must be an Australian citizen.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of graphic design experience and be proficient in the use of Graphics Design Software - Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is required.
Applicant needs to be competent in the use of Microsoft Products - Word, Excel and Outlook and have minimum of 1+ years of administration and reception experience to apply for this position.
